Kapuso star Heart Evangelista is living her “Gossip Girl” dreams as she attended a Vogue event at the Hamptons on August 16.
The Queen of Creative Collaborations posted her stunning photo, where she wore a stylish all-white outfit and a Chanel sling bag, on her Instagram account.
She wrote in the caption, “Vogue event at the Hamptons.
